Your team has chosen to add Larky's nudge® messaging to your organization’s mobile app to allow timely, member focused communications at the times and places that make the most sense. This new functionality will allow you to create special offers, drive engagement with new products and services, execute emergency communications, promote events, and develop more ways to interact with your account holders that drive interaction and results.
Some important concepts before we begin
- Your financial institution has a mobile banking app, which members can use to access banking services. The Larky nudge® messaging component is built into this app to allow direct communication with members who have the mobile banking app installed.
- The nudge® platform uses mobile push notifications, which means that messages are sent to the members directly, rather than making them go to a website or email to receive them. This is similar to a text message, but appears with your branding and comes "from" your mobile banking app, giving your members peace of mind knowing it's a message directly from their financial institution. Your nudge® messages appear on the lock screen of recipient’s phones, or as a pop-up message if the phone is in use.
- The nudge® portal is the web-based interface you can use to create nudge® messages, giving you full control over how and when they will be sent, as well as overall when they will start, and stop sending. This Help Center contains several articles covering all of the functions of the portal, and how to use Larky nudge® to create amazing interactions with your membership. The portal can be accessed at https://nudge.larky.cloud/.
