Understand Your Reach with Unique Recipients
Utilize the Unique Recipients feature to gauge the overall reach of your messaging across different periods. Are you engaging with each of your account holders frequently enough to stay top of mind? Unique Recipients helps you evaluate whether you need to include broader messaging in your current mix of nudges.
Track Message Visibility with Total Impressions
Total Impressions reveal the number of times your messaging has been seen. Many clients aim to message each account holder at least two to four times within a month. By tracking Total Impressions, you can monitor your progress and determine if you're meeting or falling behind your previous benchmarks. Rest assured, the nudge® messaging platform incorporates Capping Limits to prevent individuals from receiving excessive messages. This ensures a positive experience for every recipient. Create the campaigns you need to reach your Total Impressions targets with confidence.
Measure Effectiveness with Engagements
The Engagements metric allows you to track how often recipients respond to your call-to-actions and interact with your nudges. While operational announcements may not always generate taps, most of your messaging encourages account holders to "learn more" or "apply now." The Insights panel unveils detailed information about your messaging by analyzing the data for you and presenting it in easily digestible information cards. Each card allows you to delve deeper into the specifics, enabling a better understanding of the highlighted topic. Whether identifying underperforming campaigns requiring attention or replicating exceptionally successful messages, Insights expedites your workflow by conducting the initial analysis on your behalf!

Working with Exported Analytics
Your analytics can be exported in CSV format for further examination. This can be useful when correlating results from the nudge® platform with other messaging channels. Or for creating pivot charts analyzing category performance over time. Exported results can also be used for retargeting recipients.
It's important to note that the export file will only contain details sent back to the system from mobile devices. Not all devices send back all analytics all the time. As a result, it's possible that if you sum up the total nudges received by examining the details of the exported file, it may be lower than what is displayed in the portal. The metrics displayed in the portal are computed from various sources, including the basic analytics in the export file.
