New Analytics Dashboard
The new Analytics Dashboard provides an improved view into how your messaging is performing with your account holders. Metrics on unique recipients, total impressions and engagements are enhanced with trends for each, giving a clear view of how those numbers are changing over time. Additionally, the new dashboard automatically and proactively highlights high and low-performing campaigns, options for new engagement opportunities, and other insights driven by your analytics. Finally, the dashboard also provides a high-level overview of the mix of types of messages you send, helping ensure you are meeting your overall engagement strategy.
Portal functionality updates
While analytics was the major focus for us, we also continued to provide additional options on nudges themselves for helping to ensure your account holders have a positive experience with your messaging. Specifically, we added an option to location-based nudges that can prevent them from being delivered for future visits to the same location by the recipient if that person taps on the nudge and engage in the promotion or offer. When added to the other delivery controls at your disposal, this supports our "less is more" philosophy of being intentional about not over-messaging your account holders and creating a negative experience for them.

Compatibility with fall OS updates
As we do each summer, we are busy ensuring our libraries are fully compatible with the upcoming iOS and Android major updates from Apple and Google. We're doing some final testing now, but it looks like the current libraries will work without any updates. Watch our Announcements section here for more details if that changes.
Additional analytics enhancements
Building on the updates released for the main Analytics Dashboard, we are continuing to enhance visibility into your messaging engagement by bringing the same enhancements to individual nudge and campaign pages in the portal. We're excited to launch this functionality soon. Up next for analytics will be a peer comparison feature highlighting how your messaging strategy and performance stack up with other financial institutions.
