Message Capping is a powerful element of the nudge® platform that helps you communicate with all of your account holders, without over communicating to any one of them. It gives you the control over how many messages any single recipient should get on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This enables you to create multiple active campaigns and widespread overall engagement, but maintain a positive experience for each account holder.
Know (and set) your limits

Open the My Account menu and choose Organization Settings to get started. On the screen that opens you are able to review and update the message capping limits for your organization. |
Navigating Exceptions
While the capping limits are important to keep from delivering too many marketing messages, we know that occasionally you have an important message that must get through. This could include a branch closing announcement, for example. When creating any nudge® message, you can use the checkbox to indicate that it should Override message capping limits and be delivered to all selected recipients, even if some of those account holders have already reached their capping limit.
