HubSpot Integration: HubSpot Admin access is required.

The Larky + HubSpot integration enables a seamless connection between your marketing data and push notification campaigns. With this integration, HubSpot lists can be automatically imported into Larky and refreshed nightly, allowing you to create real-time, data-driven nudge campaigns that are always up to date.

Sync HubSpot List(s)

To enable automatic list syncing between HubSpot lists and Larky segments, follow the steps below:

✅ Step 1: Create a Custom Property

A HubSpot admin must create a custom list property with the exact internal name:

Larky_Sync

Important Notes:

• Case doesn’t matter—HubSpot will convert the internal name to lowercase automatically.
• You must create a NEW property with the intended name from the start to ensure proper functionality.

✅ Step 2: Apply the Property to Lists

To identify which lists should sync to Larky:

1. In HubSpot, go to the list you want to sync.
    
2. Add a filter or rule where the custom property larky_sync = yes.
    
3. Save the list.

When Larky detects a list that contains this property set to “yes,” it will automatically import that list as a segment and update it nightly.

✅ Step 3: Connect HubSpot & Larky

Navigate to My Account > Organization Settings > Larky Conduit Data Connections

Only a HubSpot and Larky administrator can enable integration functionality. Be sure to coordinate with your admin if you're unable to access the settings described above.
