Want to re-engage users who received a location-based nudge but didn’t tap on it? Admins and Editors can easily create a dynamic segment to follow up with users who visited a location but didn’t engage with the location nudge. Create a segment from the Segments navigation menu.

Include members by selecting 'From Existing Segments' > Select 'More System Groups...'

Select desired location nudge > Select 'Received' > Select 'Ever'

Exclude members who tapped by selecting 'More System Groups...' 

Select desired location nudge > Select 'Tapped' > Select 'Ever'

Select segment type 'Dynamic - Refresh Automatically > Select membership limit 'No Limit'

Select 'Create Segment'
