Editors and Admins can create a segment by selecting Create a segment under Segments in the Larky Nudge Portal. You can upload a CSV to target a list of specified recipients with your nudges. The CSV can have one or multiple columns, where one of those columns includes your recipients' Federation IDs:

Name and give your segment a description

Import from a File > Choose File

Review your File Preview

Select the column that contains your Federation ID

Create your segment!
