Administrators can seamlessly reset passwords and two-factor authentication in the Organization Settings under My Account of the Larky Nudge Portal. Requests to reset passwords or two-factor authentication submitted to support@larky.com will be forwarded to the designated account administrator(s). Sharing personal login credentials with colleagues isn't advised.
